With the change of seasons happening it is important to keep track of our health.
During times of change stress can build in the body and effect our immune system making us susceptible to colds and fatigue.
Tonights Kriya: STRENGTHEN THE IMMUNE SYSTEM 1 ( Physical Wisdom pg 4) works to release stress and build self control.

We will follow this wonderful set with a Praanayam meditation THREE STROKE BREATH FOR HEALTH, ENERGY, AND RADIANCE( Praana, Praanee, Praanayam pg 159)

We are responsible for our health and energy, so by working with the breath, the source of life, we can increase the Praana we bring into to heal.

HOW MUCH PRAANA WE GET THROUGH THIS EXERCISE DEPENDS ON HOW MUCH WE CONSCIOUSLY PARTICIPATE AND USE OUR SELF CONTROL.
