Tonight, class at 7pm

The breath is the key to our health. With the power of breath and the presence of strong prana we can work to stimulate the body and build a strong immune system that protects us from disease. With the breath stimulated you feel full of energy and in control, when the lungs and circulation are in excellent shape the breath and its flow in the body will also determine your emotional base.

Tonight's Kriya: NEW LUNGS & CIRCULATION ( The Aquarian Teacher pg 371 372)
Rebuilds the lungs and improves circulation throughout the body.

"A Kundalini Yogi examines and breaks the habit to ignore the breath. Think of the breath in broader terms then simply respiration. Consider that the breath and its movements are connected to the movements of all the emotions and thoughts." (ttm pg 90)

" You start conscious breathing and you have all the answers. You breath consciously: you inhale consciously, you exhale consciously, and you'll get all the answers. So long as you are unconsciously breathing, you are unconsciously living. What is the idea of conscious breathing? With conscious breathing you can work and can talk, but you are always into that Self of that Creator as a creature. You enjoy the unison-ness of god within you. You and the Supreme Self are united. ( The Aquarian Teacher pg 385) )This was originally taught by Yogi Bhajan in June 1969 , it gives a quick lift in energy, and increases clarity, and a sense of balance.
