Tonight we are returning to the Adrenal glads and the Kidneys to rid the body of stress.
Kriya: STRESS SET FOR THE ADRENALS AND KIDNEYS (atm pg 350)
In order to stay on track with our busy lives it is important to have an edge.We can be eating well, sleeping enough, but if our glandular balance and in particular our adrenals and kidneys are not at top performance we may not have the energy to get to our destination with ease. This set works the breath and the body and leaves you feeling free from stress.
