This Saturday we will be doing an amazing Kriya and Meditation that moves the body, stimulates the navel point,
makes you sweat and removes blocks in your system.

The body is in a constant quest for balance, called homeostasis. When we hold onto stress and create tension in the body we block the natural flow of Prana and Apana creating disharmonies. The Kriya REMOVING BODY BLOCKS originally taught by Yogi Bhajan on March 19, 1986 is a wonderful way to break away this stress and tension.

We will work hard so bring some water and a cushion to sit on as well as a mat and blanket for under your back. We will be doing back rolls and the floor can be hard.

Following the Kriya is a deeply healing meditation that also works to open digestion and remove blocks in this vital system. We will be chanting GUROO GUROO WHA-HAY GUROO GUROO RAM DAS GUROO
