Yogi Bhajan Day of Remembrance classes Tuesday October 6

CLASS TONIGHT AT 7 PM

It has been 5 years since Yogi Bhajan left his physical body. Wahe Guru! He is missed and yet when we come together in spirit his supportive and powerful presence can be invoked and experienced. Today we celebrate his legacy. He left a clear path and a timeless spiritual technology to assist humankind as we navigate the transition from an era dominated by earthly exploitation, called the Kali-Yug into a renaissance or Golden Age where we are all simultaneously evolving into the “self-sensory humans.” We are becoming humans whose compassion and service to one another will be the win-win formula needed for these times. Join us today to practice together and experience Yogi Bhajan’s gifts to us.
We will move the body with the KRIYA FOR MORNING SAHANA (The Aquarian Teacher l1 pg 362) We will end class with a meditation and chant of the GURU MANTRA

GURU GURU WAHE GURU GURU RAM DAS GURU

This is a mantra of humility, relaxation, self healing and emotional relief. It calls on the spirit of humility and grace of the realm of Guru Ram Das, with its spiritual guiding light and protective grace. It reconnects the experience of infinity to the finite and therefore rescues you in the midsts of trial and danger.
