
The body is in a constant quest for balance, called homeostasis. When we hold onto stress and create tension in the body we block the natural flow of Prana and Apana creating disharmonies. The Kriya REMOVING BODY BLOCKS (Self knowledge pg23) originally taught by Yogi Bhajan on March 19, 1986 is a wonderful way to break away this stress and tension.
We will work hard so bring some water and a cushion to sit on as well as a mat and blanket for under your back. We will be doing back rolls and the floor can be hard.
We will follow with the meditation GIVING YOURSELF NEW LIFE (Self Knowledge pg 45)
