Yogi Bhajan was often asked , Is yoga a religion? His answer was: It is and it is not. In religion you have to believe something and in yoga you have to experience what you want to believe." EXPERIENCE is the key to the power of the science that is Kundalini Yoga. Todays work will renew the self by experiencing the power inside the self. We will work hard to experience the body, and the mind and with that connection awaken our soul and expand the inner light in each one us.
